2 tins, 1 player - SFZ

This instrument is not for your average keyboardist - it was made for a demanding composer, with the best gear I had. For the ones who are not afraid of spending hours, finely tuning their midi programs to sound just right.

Carefully recorded on SHURE SM58, through ALSA, on M-TRACK DUO by M-AUDIO, ~50cm away from the microphone, at the center of an untreated room, this 16-bit recorded - instrument gives you a consistent dynamic range, as raw from the microphone as possible. No audio padding, no unnecessary tails, and no volume adjustments. Why? Because I trust you to make YOUR own choices, tailored to YOUR own mix.

I rode the gain barely below clipping, to achieve the most optimal noise to signal ratio, to achieve the effect of me custom - recording the performance for you, personally.

With 8 round robins per sound for each instrument, and 4 velocity layers for sounds that COULD have them, the instrument achieves an amazing sound, closely mimicking natural performance, when you program your midi just-right.
